Send a parcel
We carry documents, envelopes and medium-sized parcels to every branch we serve. Bring the parcel to a counter — we weigh it, book it in and give you a waybill number. Most items reach the destination branch the same day.
What we cannot carry
- Cash, jewellery and other valuables
- Acid and wet-cell batteries
- Flammable or explosive goods
- Poisons, pesticides and fertiliser
- Any form of loose liquid

Before you travel
- Reach the stage at least 30 minutes before departure.
- Carry the ID you booked with.
- Your seat is held for 15 minutes while you pay.
